These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shopvikingsbrand.com and the purchase of products from DB Ecom Group LLC ("VikingsBrand," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

By using the Site and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Certain products we sell, including knives, axes, and other bladed goods, are age-restricted. You confirm that you meet all applicable age requirements to purchase, own, and possess such products in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification and to refuse or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Bladed Products — Legal Compliance and Responsible Use

Our products include knives, axes, and similar bladed tools and collectibles. These products are intended for lawful purposes only, such as collecting, display, outdoor and bushcraft use, and other lawful activities.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Laws governing the purchase, ownership, possession, carry, and use of knives and axes vary by country, state, county, and city. It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with all laws applicable to you before ordering.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that it is legal for you to purchase and possess the products you are ordering at your shipping address.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order, or to decline shipment to any location, where we believe a sale may violate applicable law.
  • These products are tools that can cause serious injury if mishandled. You are responsible for using and storing them safely and for keeping them out of the reach of minors and unauthorized persons.

We are not responsible for any unlawful purchase, possession, carry, or use of our products by you or any third party.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their details accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Handmade and forged items may vary slightly from photographs.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel orders, including after an order has been submitted.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or eligibility or legal concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Custom and Personalized Items

Products that are personalized, engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise custom-made to your specifications are produced specifically for you. Because of their custom nature, these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from your approved order. Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

6. Payment

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, and your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We do not store full payment card numbers.

7. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Shipping timeframes and costs are described at checkout and on our shipping information page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Where required for age-restricted goods, an adult signature may be required on delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the "VikingsBrand" name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

9. User Submissions and Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe the rights of others; submit false or fraudulent information; interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or use any automated means to access or collect data from the Site without our permission.

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Any product warranty, where offered, is limited to the terms expressly stated for that product.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DB ECOM GROUP LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE HANDLING, USE, OR MISUSE OF BLADED PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DB Ecom Group LLC and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
