Refund policy

At VikingsBrand (operated by DB Ecom Group LLC), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, with any tags, sheaths, or accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, sharpening, damage caused after delivery, or that are returned without original packaging may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except where they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from your order:

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items (these are made specifically for you and are final sale)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, sharpened, or altered

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@shopvikingsbrand.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back before receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid label.
  • For returns due to change of mind or other non-defect reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopvikingsbrand.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.


7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, the fastest way is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us at support@shopvikingsbrand.com and we will do our best to assist, subject to availability.


8. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at support@shopvikingsbrand.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may follow the return process above where eligible. Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
