Thank you for shopping with VikingsBrand (operated by DB Ecom Group LLC). Because most of our pieces are handmade and crafted with care, this policy explains how long your order takes to make, how it ships, and what to expect along the way.

1. Processing Time

Most of our products are handmade, and many are made to order. Because each piece is crafted and inspected individually, please allow a processing time of 2–10 business days before your order ships.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. During busy periods, such as the holiday season or limited releases, processing may take slightly longer; if so, we will keep you informed.


2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days.

This means the typical end-to-end timeline — from order to delivery — is approximately 7 to 20 business days, depending on the item and your location. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, as transit times depend on the carrier and destination.


3. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. If you do not receive a tracking number within a reasonable time after the processing window, please contact us at support@shopvikingsbrand.com.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden handling fees — the price you see is the price you pay, with delivery included.


5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across the United States. Where we offer international shipping, it will be available at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


6. Age-Restricted Products — Delivery Requirements

Because some of our products are age-restricted:

  • An adult signature (18+) may be required upon delivery.
  • We cannot ship to jurisdictions where the product is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure the item you order is legal to receive and possess at your shipping address (see our Terms of Service).
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped lawfully to the provided address.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.


8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we are here to help. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shopvikingsbrand.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
